Brief Introduction:

The Vertical Pallet Washing Machine is mainly used for washing plastic pallets and it’s including washing chamber, water tank, water recycle system and electrical system.

The whole machine is with integrated electric system and the washing process could be finished automatically.

The pallets are loaded by manual and fixed on the conveyor.

The conveyor will move forward the pallets to the cleaning chamber automatically. The washing time could be adjusted as your requirement and when washing finished, the pallets will move out the cleaning chamber and unloaded by manual.

The machine is configured with water tank and water filter unit, water could be recycled used.

The washing output is 50PCS/hour and the pallet size is 1200X1200(W*L)mm

Cleaning chamber:

• Size:L3000xW500×H1200mm; 304SS material
• Water pump:5.5kw*2pcs, 2 steps cleaning. First with hot water and rinsing by ambient water.
• Electric heating device: 27kw. With temperature control system.
• There conveyor speed could be adjusted: Washing time and drying time could be adjusted according to your requirements.
• Big flow rate spraying system with high flow centrifugal pumps.
• Piping and valve connectors applied stainless steel material.
• With various directions spraying nozzles.
• Water tank: Material SS304: With water filter and recycling system.With water heating system

Electrical parts:

• The main machine is integrated controlled applied whole control cabinet with buttons.easy operation and maintenance.
• Waterproof electric control cabinet.
• With emergency stop function.
