Brief Introduction:

This brush type washing and peeling machine is suitable for washing and peeling(or only washing) root vegetables such as carrot, potato, sweet potato, radish and ginger etc. It adopts the rotating brush with high pressure spray to achieved good cleaning effect and can thoroughly clean the fruits and vegetables.

This machine is made of 304 stainless steel and mainly composed by motor, gear box and brushes,suitable for various washing capacity.

The output is 500-2500kgs/h.

Working Principle:

The washing and peeling machine applied brush rotation to remove the dirt on the surface of the vegetables, and using the hard brush to wash and peel,or use the soft brush to wash only.

Configured with high pressure spraying pipe and cleaning nozzles to assure cleaning deeper skin of vegetables and fruits,and the peeled material’s surface is very smooth.

Outlet manual unloading or auto-unloading with screw conveyor.
